Hinata, Inc. carefully handles the personal information it obtains from users of the Service in accordance with this Policy. Your child's records are sensitive information, and we take the utmost care in their safe management.

Article 1 (Information We Collect)

To provide the Service, we collect the following information:

Account information (email address, display name).
Your child's basic information (name, date of birth, sex, height and weight).
Log information (records such as feeding, sleep, diapers, and temperature).
Device information (device identifier, OS, app version).

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, to generate AI insights, to respond to support requests, and to prevent misuse. We never use it for advertising purposes, nor do we sell it to any third party.

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

Except in the following cases, we do not provide information to third parties without the individual's consent:

When disclosure is required under laws or regulations.
When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property.
When providing the minimum necessary scope to subcontractors (cloud and analytics).

Article 4 (Your Rights)

You can export, correct, or delete your own data at any time. When you delete your account, we will delete all related data within 30 days.

Article 5 (Safe Management)

Stored data is encrypted, and access is limited to authorized personnel. Your child's medical-related information is stored separately from other data and managed more strictly.

The Service does not provide medical diagnosis. If your child has urgent symptoms such as a fever or difficulty breathing, please contact pediatric emergency services (#8000) or a medical institution before relying on information in the app.
