Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to every relationship between the User and the Company concerning use of the Service. In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish various rules, such as usage guidelines, regarding the Service.

Article 2 (Account)

Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using the Service. Users must manage their accounts on their own responsibility and must not do any of the following:

• Lending or transferring account information to a third party.
• Registering with false information.
• Registering on their own if under 13 years of age (guardian consent is required).

Article 3 (Service Content and Disclaimer)

The Service is intended to record, organize, and provide reference information related to childcare, and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. If you have any concern about your child's health, always consult a healthcare professional.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

When using the Service, Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals.
• Improperly obtaining another user's personal information.
• Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service.
• Using the Service by impersonating another person.

Article 5 (Premium Plan)

The Premium plan costs ¥980 per month (tax included). You can cancel at any time during the free trial period, and no charge is incurred. Please note that billing starts automatically after the trial period ends.
